This is a wonderful way to resurrect our waterfront. And to rehabilitate in the area that was previously used assures that no new contruction can be done that would disturb our nature and such. Waterfront revitilzation is paramount to our economy, our waterfront always brought industry, work and economic benefits in the past, and most certainly can in our future. I would love to see cruise ships coming into our small town. The spin off benefits from that are too many to mention. I fully support this plan.
